Refund and Return Policy:

We’re committed to making you happy! You can return all or part of your order within 10 days of purchase for a complete refund. All items MUST be returned in their original cartons and must be in the same condition as when we shipped it (as determined by our inspection upon receipt). All returns must have a return goods authorization number issued by Plantstoporch.com in order for a refund to be given. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the item to our site. Exceptions to our 10 day return policy will be considered on a case by case basis. Plantstoporch.com reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for any returns where the packaging or the item is not in the same condition as when it was shipped to the buyer.

Damage and Defect Policy:

A customer may contact Plantstoporch.com staff about a defect within 10 days of purchase. To process a damaged claim the customer must have the original package and all packing materials. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the item to our site. A replacement item will not be shipped until the defective item is received and inspected by our staff.
